Your arrival

How to come to Cornillon-Confoux?

As the cottages are located in the countryside and are not served by public transport, we recommend that you come by car.

The cottages are not located within the village of Cornillon-Confoux, but at "Pont de Rhaud" (4 km away).
Several days before your arrival, you will receive documentation explaining exactly how to get to the cottage.

Where can we park?

Parking is available directly in the grounds of the cottage. The property is protected by a fence and an automatic gate.

How is the arrival going to be organized?

Several days before your arrival, we will send you arrival instructions explaining how to get to the cottage. We will hand you the keys in person and show you the cottage and around.

The cottage

Est-ce qu'il y a des escaliers ?

The cottage has two floors connected by a rather narrow spiral staircase. In addition, the swimming pool and car park are only accessible via a long staircase: therefore, the cottage may not be suitable for elderly people or those with reduced mobility.

Are bed sheets and towels provided?

Yes, we provide sheets for the beds, as well as towels and soap for each traveller.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, air conditioning is available in Cocoon (both in the bedroom and living room).

Is there free Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi connection is accessible free of charge. An access point is situated in the living room, for an optimal reception.

Can neighbors or other people see us?

The Cocoon cottage is well located. The inside courtyard (with the jacuzzi) is free from any view, and the front of the cottage is private from the main house and the neighbors. However, the swimming pool is shared with the other cottage (Zénitude).

Is the entrance independent?

Yes, the cottage has a separate entrance. However, the parking is shared with the other cottage (Zénitude) and the main house.

Where can we shop groceries?

A "U Express" shop is 5 minutes away (by car) from the cottages. Other bigger stores (Intermarché, E. Leclerc...) are in Salon-de-Provence, a 10-minute drive away from the cottages.

Don't forget also about the outlet stores "McArthurGlen Provence" in Miramas, also 10 minutes away by car.

What can we do next to the cottages?

In addition to relaxing and enjoying the jacuzzi and the swimming pool, there are many walks in the forest and hikes around the cottage. The villages of Cornillon-Confoux and Grans are just a few kilometres away, so it is possible to walk there and back, for example.
